The cluster in question is running CM5.1
The normal operation cpu percentage is around 70-80% on the pub and 60-70 on the sub. There are approximately 450 phones registered.
Is it normal to see this level of cpu usage?
The process that seems to be hogging most of the cpu is "hostagt" with around 45% on the pub. What is this for?

I dont have enough info to tell you if in your system that is normal CPU or not
(CCM version, Model, Services, days running, Space, Phones registered...etc etc etc) but.........
hostagt is for Host Resources Agent service
that service is related to SNMP
I have seen this issue in the past with other customers and resetting the SNMP service and
MIB2 service helps...

I ended up scheduling a reboot after hours and that fixed the problem.
