Due to huge buffer faillure .i am getting packet drops from my router Lan interface to remote locations .Please suggest how to tune the buffer.Thanks in advance......

What router are you using? Packets dropped while going in or out the LAN int.? Do you have QoS setup?
Try this under the LAN interface.
hold-queue 500 in
(increase as needed if having enough mem to support it)

i am facing this problem during extended ping from LAN int to outside.But its working fine from LAN switch.I have configured hold-queue 500 in ..lets c ..thnaks
