Hi

I just installed myself an ASA5505 to setup remote-access vpn, and mostly configured

as soon, I can connect to my asa using remote-access vpn tunnel.

I can see the new ip table with invoking the ipconfig in cmd window.

the networks is 192.168.1.0, and I ping 192.168.1.2 which cisco switch(2960).

the 192.168.1.1 is asa's inside interface ip address, and invoking telnet 192.168.1.1,

the connection was failed, Why this problem happen? Is it a normal operation on ASA?

and next, I invoked 192.168.1.2(cisco switch),and telnet 192.168.1.1(ASA5505)

loggged in ASA, invoking show running-config to check the ASA configuration

Unfortunately When I try show running-config, the ASA connection reset instantly.

I can't connect to switch, If I connect to switch, I must reset power the switch

Why this issue happen? Am I missed the configuration in ASA? or not , It is a normal operation?

Any help gratefully received

Thanks.

I have this problem too.
