What is the normal % of Memory Usage by CCM 4.1 ?

Now I have the number about 55-60%.

Is it normal?

55 to 60% is fine. However you should check with the Task Manager which process are consuming most of the Memory. Also set up RTMT to alert you when CallProcessingNodeCPUPegging is over a treshold you define(ie 80 to 90%)

How many phones/subscribers do you have in your cluster? I support several different sized clusters, and the normal range differs greatly based on the cluster I am looking at.

A 4 subscriber cluster, with 700 phones is a lot different than my 10 subscriber cluster with 21,000 phones.

I use RTMT to bench mark it, and just keep an eye on it. We've also detected what we think is a memory leak on our publisher, but we are still working with TAC on that.
