More then 5 results for Directory Handler matches

Is there a way to get it to play back all matches instead of 5 when someone enters search critera?

I am aware we can have multiple directory handlers and build a menu for different departments, etc but that would not scale very well.

Not sure what version you're talking about here but you should be able to use the Audio Text Manager tool found in the Tools Depot to expose the maximum number of matches that are allowed. Default is 8 I believe, not 5 unless you're on an older Unity install.

The ATM exposes the setting which you can crank up to a maximum of 50 I think. Although wading through that many name matches would be pretty brutal...

I agree. I had looked at the ATM version installed on the clients server the other day and did not see a setting like this. But have not installed a current version of ATM yet.
