Dear all,

we have configured another logging host

logging on

logging trap debugging

logging console debugging

logging facility debugging

logging host INSIDE

logging host DMZ tcp/1468

but "show logging" is saying:

logging to DMZ tcp/1468 is disabled

Do we have to define a new access list now?

Is it Pix or ASA ? which version ?

Disable the command logging to DMZ tcp/1468

and add it on UDP, does it still show disabled ?

no logging host DMZ tcp/1468

logg host inside DMZ

1. PIX 6.3

2. logg host inside DMZ

you mean: logg host DMZ 5.6.7 isn't?

3. I thought that the PIX is only using TCP

packets for logging
