Hi.

My customer have a gatewa 2801 with CSS (CSS_ALL).

My customer use the DDI (USA example), the number 0001X!

My customer have a DID final 0001 and want to use the final 0001 to auto attendant of Exchange Server 2007.

I created a route pattern to 0001 to auto attendant to inbound calls send to auto attendant.

But the internal peoples then doing the international call (0001) they listen the auto attendant.

How can I separate the calls? I want that only inbound calls listen the autoattendant.

use different partitions for the international calls and for the AA

have the inbound CSS from the GW have only the AA partition and the internal user's CSS only the international partition

If you mix both partitions in the same CSS the one that is higher on the list will have precedence and will always be used, this seems to be the case
