I upgraded a 4235 it it seems to crash / reboot every 30 minutes. It is running IPS-K9-6.0-2-E1. It is in a test environment now so there is really nothing configured, just enough to get IDM access to it.
Check the logs of the IDS to troubleshoot the problem. The device may be getting over heated or it may be a electrical problem. Following link may help you
There were some memory bugs in 6.0(2) and 6.0(3). They are supposed to be fixed in 6.0(4). You should that version a try.
