possible bug in c3750-advipservicesk9-mz.122-44.SE.bin

hi, I have come across a problem with c3750-advipservicesk9-mz.122-44.SE.bin

when ever I login and do a show user the username isn't listed even know i'm authenticating against a tacacs server,

I have downgraded to c3750-advipservicesk9-mz.122-40.SE.bin

and this displays the username correctly,

How do I report a bug, or is there a fix for this problem?
