configure dialer on Serial interface

I required the information, can we configure Router Serial interface into Dialer. If it's possible, what type of WAN links and cables are required.

Pls help me in this issue.

Yes you can do, you need CM or ADSL router in your side and this device should connected to any one of the provider device such as CMTS through provider line.

Hi,

You will need ADSL router that supports ppoe.

The router would include ATM interface, you will need to configure the PVC parameters (VPI/VCI) this shoul be provided by the teclo and assigned it to a dialer pool.

You should then configure a dialer interface and binded it to the same group for the ATM interface assigned by the SP.

Ys u can. With the addition, I'd like to inform you that I have configuted Cisco 3845 with the PRI (RAD ASM 52i V.35 & G703 back to back connected) in CO where all site office will dial that perticuler PRI No. via there own BRI.
