CUCM LDAP Integration is not polling new Added Users

Hi,

I did LDAP integration between the CUCM and Active Directory and I managed to get all the users, but when I add new users, I do not have them even after I do "Full Sync" on the CUCM.

What can be the issue?

Thanks, it is working, just needed to add details of the IP Phone to the User profile and do the sync again.
