Campus Manager User Tracking Unable to View

Everytime I try to launch User Tracking, it shows that it failed to connect to the ANIServer.

I've tried restarting the ANIServer which didnt work. I even ran (with and without the -restore switch),

which still failed. Appreciate any help. Thanks in advance

1. May be an incorrect browser setting

2. May be a blocked ports between client and server

3. May be an incorrect configuration of gatekeeper on multi-homed servers

Verify the following things.

Close the error dialog and restart the application.
