Cme 4.1 problem conferencing on 7970

I have a new install cme 4.1. On the 7970 phone I was not able to do conferencing and not even able to hold and make a call on another line. Only one buttone configured. I have "dual-line" configured on the ephone-dn. The error I am getting is "no line avialable"

The config shows dual line but when I look at it on the gui it says single. So i deleted the phone and reconfigured it with dual line and that took care of the problem.
