Cisco CDR Analysis Reporting cannot import all available history on CDR

Hello,


I have enabled CAR on CCM 5.1.2 but i cannot got all available history on the CDR database, i've got just the CDR since i enabled the CAR.


Any idea on how to got CDR history since the CCM installed??

Can you try reinstalling CAR?
