CCM 6.0 CCMUser pages

Hi,

The users I created can not access ccmuser webpages, I get "Invalid User ID or Password" error. I added end users to Standard CCM End users user group which gives CCMuser access to endusers. I also associated the device with the end user, selected owner user id in the device level but no luck. My CCM 6.0 version is 6.0.1.2000-3

On CCM admin page Go under System > LDAP >LDAP Authentication.

Is Use LDAP Authentication for End Users filed checked ?

If it is it means that the user is being authenticated against AD and you will have to use the AD password for the end user.

Hi,

I resolved the issue. When you add the Standard CCM End user group to each user one by one it doesn't work. You need to add users to the group then it works.
