CME 4.0 call blocking timer

Question...in our remote office we have just acquired CME & CUE 4.0. At our office in order to restrict calls we have call blocking on with the use of PIN numbers. Our office manager would like the timeout set to a large number of about 4 hour, but let the user have the ability to reset the timer. I've never seen this ability.

Does anyone have any suggestions how to deal with this problem as the manager does not want to worry about the PIN after the first time he enters it, but want to be able to manually expire the PIN sooner than the timeout interval?
