CME to replace Key System

In our current phone system (key system), when someone picks up a call on say Line 1, then if someone else wants to join they just press Line 1 on their phone and they are conferenced in. Is there something similar I can do in CME for this situation?

Hi,

No, with CME, conferencing is initiated by the person that has the call with a softkey on the phone. This is also for privacy reasons I think.
