I have one phone (7960) in a building of 85 phones, that does not show the corporate directory. Upon pressing the directories button it lists:
1 missed calls;
2 received calls;
3 placed calls.
All other phones at that location show the fourth option of corporate directory.
I have reset the phone both through CM and physically unplugging the wire.
The phone shows the correct TFTP settings, correct DNS, IP address, etc.
Thanks - Wendy B.

Hi Wendy,
Can you please check the Phone Configuration Page for this phone via ccmadmin. Make sure that it doesn't have something set under the Directory url;
Cisco IP Phone - External Data Locations (leave blank to use default)
Information
Directory http://blah/CCMCIP/xmldirectory.asp
This setting on the device will override the default url for directories.
Let us know,
Rob

I checked the phone config page.
The external data locations are all blank.

Hi Wendy,
If you move this phone to a different port (try one that has a working phone) does the Corporate Directory work? Maybe an acl?
Also, are you using the Callmanager IP address or DNS name in the Direcory url?

You can check if there's the directory URL (http://ccm_address/xmldirectory.asp, for example...) into the enterprise parameters configuration:
Cisco CallManager Administration Guide, Release 3.0(9) - Understanding Enterprise Parameters [Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CallManager)] - Cisco Systems
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/admin/3_0_9/p2entprm.html
And also, check this URL:
Fixing Issues with Corporate Directory Lookup from the Cisco IP Phone - Cisco Systems

Hope that helps,
Vitor
