Problem after upgrade core 6509 (urgent)

Hi,

we have cisco 6509E core switch with CSM-SSL instlled, it's version was 12.2.18 SFX.

after upgrade the ios to 12.2.33.SHX we couldn't open the csm and we coulding reach our servers that used behind the load balancer.

please any advice regarding this issue.

Hi

According to the release notes for 12.2(33)SXH the CSM-S is not supported with this software version. You need to fall back to your 12.2(18)SXF code for it to work.
