Hello All,

I am looking for session persistance in my Cisco CSM as Load Balancer for my server. I want it to route all subsequent request from one client to the same server machine. so I need to go for Cisco CSM Load Balancer session persistance mechanism.

I wish to go for Source IP based session persistance.

I read that we will have one important issue while going for Source IP based stickiness.

Clients with the same proxy addres will create a problem. So if many clients come from same proxy address then the balance of stickiness will be effected.

Can some please help me how i can rectify the issue of proxy settings for maintianing source IP stickiness.

Thanks in advance

I am sure this can be performed with http header stickieness.CSM cookie insert is the same as CSS aroowpoint cookies. Simply create a name for the cookie, and put "insert" at the end of the sticky group.

The following URL will help you:
