RME 4.0.4 - stoped taking config backup of a device

Hi,

I have LMS 2.5 running on a windows box.

I just noticed that RME (vers 4.0.4 )stoped taking config backups of a router that I have had in my system for a long time ( it stoped on version 314 - lot of config changes on that router ).

I did a "update inventory" and got a failed for the job and reason RICS0001: Internal Error .

Does anyone have any ideas?

If this device used to work, and now you're seeing the RICS0001 error, then you are most likely seeing a bug that was partially fixed in LMS 2.6 with RME 4.0.6. I recommend you upgrade. If the RICS0001 error persists, then open a TAC service request as this might be a different issue, or it might be an issue for which we have a new patch (currently still in testing).
