I want to fix the best practise deviation but when I have entered the RME CREDENTIALS in Campus (administration)the user is not correct..

I have executed several perl scripts to set new password for example, then reset the RME database, but the problem still occurs!!

I'm sure I've set the password "cisco" but for the user I'm not sure it was "admin"...

Please, how can I get the user of RME database...

The RME credentials interface in Campus is not asking for the rmeng database password. It wants the password for the user as known to LMS. For example, by default there is an LMS user admin with a password of admin. You would enter those username/password values in Campus. If you have created an admin-equivalent user, karima.zaydi with password password123, then you would enter those values.
