Call stuck in Queue

Is there any method other than restarting the CRS Engine to clear a call stuck in queue?

I have this problem too.

You can go into services and start and stop, you go do this in your CRS admin far left menu choice top selection.

what is your definition of call stuck? it may mean different things and different spots. Depending on the business impact it may be easier to do what you suggest but if you cannot afford that then take other routes.
