Unified Call Manager

We have Cisco Unified Call Manager (not managed by me) and want to configure the SNMP as well as have it send traps to our CWLMS 3.0 system. Is there a good document that explains what needs to be done, and will it then see our Cisco IP Phones (which it doesn't now)?

I have this problem too.
