Attendant Console directory issues on 5.1.3

We recently upgraded to Call Manager 5.1.3 and installed the new Unified Communications Attendant Console from the "plugins". Everything seems fine except for the directory listings. I made changes on the publisher, which were replicated on the subscriber, but never appear on the Attendant Console directory screens. Directory Synch is activated on the publisher, but I don't even see it as an option on the subscriber. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have the" DC Directory Server" service started on the publisher. If not try restarting it.
