I have a vehicle that has a laptop computer connected to a repeater /bridge in the cars trunk. Pull up to a LWAPP hotspot the control sees the repeater as a client and says it is not authorized. I see the assigned address of the repeater as well. The computer in the car will not go through the repeater and to the lwapp to get a DHCP address. Does anybody have any ideas on what I can do so the laptop in the car gets an IP address just as my laptop did that is not connected to the repeater inside the trunk of the car?

Is there anyway to get this to work that anybody knows of? Any work arounds or ideas to try.

We were told that too, but it can be done.
We created a wireless mesh with Mikrotik that runs into our Catalyst 3750.
Unfortunately, I can't tell you exactly how to configure the port on the Catalyst at this moment, but I can tell you it can be done.
