Hello:
One of our users phone went bad, and we are providing a new phone. But the user had 10 Lines and 6 speed dials. How can i copy this to the new phone, with actually adding them manualls?

If the new phone is the same model, then just change the MAC address of the old phone in CCM to the new one.
