I would like to know if the 1841 modular router support HSRP and BGP.

Also I would like to know if minor models (800series) support hsrp and bgp.

Thanks

Off the top of my head, I couldn't tell you although I would question your sanity about BGP on an 800 series router. :)

Otherwise, the best place to answer your question can be found in Cisco's Feature Navigator to tell you if, when and what version of IOS per box supports the features you are looking for!

www.cisco.com/go/fn/ will get you there!

The 1841 certainly supports HSRP. It does support BGP in some feature sets (such as Advanced IP Services) but does not support BGP in other feature sets (such as the IP basic feature set).

we want implement Multihomed Border Gateway Protoco (BGP) network with HSRP.

The ISPs provide the conectivity via FEthernet.

we want put two routers (main and standby) connected to our LAN via one of FE port and use the other FE port to conect the ISP.

Im nor sure if a 1812 will be fine.

Whether the 1800 would be fine depends a bit on what you expect to receive from the ISPs. If each ISP is going to send just a default route (or perhaps a default and a small set of closely connected prefixes) then the 1800 should be ok. If either ISP is going to send anywhere close to full routes I would want to have a more powerful router.
