CRS Engine status is " SHUTDOWN", logs is showing " Last Failure: CRASHED"

We are using CCM 4.2.1 with 1:1 redundancy. We faced some problem(data not showing) with CDR reports, So we have refered cisco doc & done following troublehsooting.

1. We tried to generate the Reports ( Able to save the reports but without any data).

2. Then we search the solution in the Cisco site.

3. Followed the procedure specified in PDF( Cause 1), Which is attached in this mail.

4. After finishing the procedure, We were unable to generate report with data.

5. After some hours later, we got a call from customer saying that calls are not landing to IVR-auto attendant (Pilot number).

6. Found CRS Engine is in SHUTDOWN state & CTI RP is unreg with CCM. Restarted ( CRS Engine, Publisher) the same but no improvements.

If somebody knows about the above solution, Please reply soon.
