Whe I try to upgrade the Subscriber to version 22.214.171.12400 the Call Manager is not able to find the parch from the DVD disc, in the Install Upgrade Retrieval Mechanism I select Local, and I insert the DVD with the patch. I recorded the patch with the following extension:
And the CallManager can not find the file. The patch is recorded in the root of the DVD. The MD5 of the files are correct.
