Patch CallManager

Whe I try to upgrade the Subscriber to version 5.1.2.3000 the Call Manager is not able to find the parch from the DVD disc, in the Install Upgrade Retrieval Mechanism I select Local, and I insert the DVD with the patch. I recorded the patch with the following extension:

cisco-ipt-k9-patch5.1.2.3000-2.tar.gz.sgn

and

cisco-ipt-k9-patch5.1.2.3000-2.tar.gz

And the CallManager can not find the file. The patch is recorded in the root of the DVD. The MD5 of the files are correct.

Before you can upgrade from a local disk, you must download the appropriate patch file from Cisco.com and copy the file to a CD or DVD. Because of the size of the patch files, you will need to copy it to a DVD in most cases.

Hi Ricardo,

I see you are running into the same issue as I. Take a look at my topic, and how I tried to fix the issue, maybe it'll work on you machine..

Hope this helps on you system, since I'm completly stuck and requested a TAC SR.
