Solved: extract cdr file to any server

I have CCM 5.0.4 and I am trying to extract cdr files to any server so I can use it later for any billing application .

in serviceability page where you configure the CDR parameters there is the option to add billing servers to which data will be pushed

Hi,

I have the same problem and I did this step that I added the server SFTP, but I still didn't receive anything, how can I check that the data transfered, the billing system need at least updated data every 1 min??

please if u can help me in this case
