Is it possible to limit the bandwidth the wireless vlan (192.168.2.x) is using.

Yes, under bvi interface, try configuring traffic shaping with the value you want.

If that doesn't work because it is a virtual interface, you will need to apply input shaping to the fa0/0 instead, but you will need to do that for the subnet used by BVI1, using an ACL.
