Where can I download the Attendant Console for CCM 6.0.1

Did not see that it was available at the Cisco Site.

Attendant Console is availble under the plugins page on your CUCM 6.X publisher. It is not posted for individual download on CCO

I put in the IP address of the CCM server and the extension of my phone and left the left the attendant callback port as 0.

When I click okay it get an error message stating unable to coonect to server. Any ideas?
