Catalyst Express 500 24PC limatations

I just started playing with a CE 500 24PC and was shocked to discover that it does not have a console port, does not seem to support telnet or VTP client mode. Do any of the other CE 500 variants have these features or do I have to go to the next model up?

We're GUI-only for anything in the CE (catalyst express) line. If you want something with a console port and CLI, you're next step up is a 2960.

I do not understand well when Cisco say that the CE500 are reservÃ©s with small and medium-sized company of month of 250 employees is this the numbers of IP phons or IP phons + desktop? so yes what limits the ios or the CPU (unified communication)
