VPN Client 5.0.1 profile lock down

I am looking to lock down the profiles for the VPN access. I would like be be able to prevent the removal of the default VPN profile and the abilty to add new profiles from within the VPN client. Any ideas?

The only fields that can be modified are in the "My Identity" section of a non-editable security profile.

If you open the PCF in notepad and add a "!" in front of the line you dont want changed, it will make it uneditable in the client application:

!Host=10.0.0.1

!GroupName=test

....
