Have completed an VPIM integration between Unity 5.0(1) and Avaya Interchange. Both system is able to send message to each other. There is now one problem - on the system behind the Avaya, the message that gets sent form the Unity has either no message body or the message body is not audible. Vcard (voice name) were sent over and can be played back. It work before but not sure why it did not work after certain point?
What could be the issue? What are the logs that I can check to see what's the issue? Thanks!
