CAS redirect in HA mode is to CAS address not service address

Hi we are setting up two NAC appliance servers in HA active-passive virtual gateway mode. The redirect page on login is redirecting users to the actual active CAS server address and not the server address. Does this mean we need to but a certificate for each CAS server and not just the service address or have we got something wrong?

ensure that CAS had connectivity to DNS server, and that clients can access through the unauthentcated role.

We found the problem. The hostnames on the CAS servers had been entered as FQDN i.e. with the domain part as well (e.g. cas1.abc.xyz). They need to just be the host part (e.g. cas1)
