Hey Gents -
I got a CCM 4.3 PUB that the CallManager service won't start. It seemed to be working OK yesterday, but now I try to reboot it a couple of times, as well as manually restart teh service, with Detailed traces on and all it says is "COM Exception 0" and, in Event Viewer, I see the following error:
Error: CallManager communication cannot communicate with database layer
So, it seems to be DB related, so I am setting Detailed trace for DB as well.
Any thoughts?

check the ODBC connector for the CCM DB, i had a similar case to this while i was at TAC and i had to fix the ODBC to get CCM.exe up and running
