Call flow

PTSN->h323 gateway ->ccm5->Unity connection

I create a translation pattern on ccm for translate all incoming calls from PTSN to voicemail pilot number and when I call to this number from outside the office I hear on ring and after that silent. I see incomming call in call viewer.

In office voicemail working propertly.

Hi, this is most likely a codec problem, please verify that the regions you are using between CCM and Unity are G.711 and make sure that the dial-peer on the GW is using that also, if that is OK, I would check if the RTP packets are being delivered to the correct IP address of the GW, (loopback).

Thank you, I will check it today .

Hi again,

all regions with codec G711.

Here config from GW.(isp-bri-h323-ccm-unity)

When I tried debug rtp, but I saw only this during the call:

AMFVGW01#debug voip rtp

VOIP RTP Debug - ALL debugging is on

AMFVGW01#terminal monitor

AMFVGW01#
