Hi Jason,

Hope all is well :) The Nokia E Series is supported with CCM. The support docs and software can be found here;

http://www.businesssoftware.nokia.com/nokia_intellisync_call_connect_for_cisco_downloads.php

Hope this helps!

Rob

PS: We haven't actually started using them but I have heard good things.

Rob,

Thanks for the always great info. You may not know but is there any other cell manufactures. I have done a google search and see a lot for Motorolla but can't find something like the Nokia intellisynch I will keep looking. Take care Rob:

Here you have the installation guides for the Nokia, I'm in the process of installing it on my CCM 6.1

Hi!

I would like to test this tool with CCM 4.3 and Nokia E51 and I red the Release Notes, downloaded from the Nokia Site.

To adding the device type S60 to CUCM 4.x is a program to execute on the Cisco Server but is not specified, if I must install this program only on the publisher or also on the subscriber in a cluster environment.

Does anyone install this program?

Thx in advance,

Mirko

Here is the last one.

Thanks for the document, but I have a question again: to add the device type S60 on CUCM 4.x is necessary to install the WIndows program also on the subscriber or is enough to install it on the publisher?

Nokia write on page 15: "Adding the Nokia S60 device type is the supported method for configuring Nokia device to register and perform correctly. To get the device type added to CUCM an installation file must be run. This is either for the Windows 4.x version or a .cop file for 5.x and 6.x versions of CUCM."

For version 4.x of CUCM ist not specified if I must run this Windows file also on the SUB.

Can you help me?

Thx,

Mirko

To be honest I haven't done it in CCM 4.X, in fact this will be my first time and I'm using 6.1, but from my experience with other type of installation on the CCM server I recommend you to apply the file on all the servers in the cluster, in fact if it is not necessary and you try to install it on the SUB it should give you an error while trying to install it saying that it is not the PUB or something like that. But for many other type of installations it has to be done on all the servers in the cluster.

OK! Thanks a lot Jorge, I will try to install it tomorrow.

Hi!

The Windows program to obtain S60 as device type in CUCM4.x in definitively to install on all the server in the cluster. This info will be remark to begin of the installation.

Ciao,

Mirko
