I have a script that has selections 1, 2, 3 for dfferent queues and it works as intended from 7am until 7pm. After 7pm selection 1 works but selection 2 and 3 play our closed message but we don't close until 11pm. I do not find any reference to "Time of Day" in the script. Any help would be great.
This is Cisco Application Administration - 3.1(2).

If you have express environment CRS editor has the time of day feature is readily available. You can launch help and type time of day that should do it.
Attaching a sample script that has time of day hope it helps.
for enterprise you have the editor with time of day as well.

i suggest you run Debug on the script when dialing in, then you will se the steps and what action it takes when you get the closed prompt
