Device not showing in Topology Services

I have one device that I have successfully added to everywhere in Ciscoworks except for it won't show up in Topology services. It's in Common Services, DFM, and RME. I've rebooted the server and ran both device discovery and data collection. Please advise.

What type of device? What version of Campus Manager?

If you are using LMS windows.

on cmd prompt

Stop the services:

net stop crmdmgtd

Go to :

C:\Program Files\CSCOpx\campus\bin

perl reinitdb.pl

to restore your DB to factory default.

the n start back the serivces.

net start crmdmgtd

Then try again.

Issue resolved. There was an error in the logical discrepancy report that said there was a duplicate sysname with the device in question so I deleted both devices from everywhere, added them both back in and problem resolved. Thanks for your comments.
