hi?am a step into the four moduleso f the vision is to be a security as well as a network engineer,i was told that becoming a network administrator wld require having a proper understanding of how to set permissions/file allocation/as well as configuring dhcp/dns server among the many functionsof an administrator.pls enlighten me on the easy to read books that wld give proper details on this,which bk on win server 2003 wld you recommend .are there free books to download .i wldnt mind if u got any relivant links.thanks

I think you really need to break down your approach a little more. All of these technologies you've mentioned have prerequisites themselves.

A good start would be the CCNA. You can find material on the cisco website or simply do a search at yoru favourite online bookstore for CCNA exam preps.
