I have a customer with a h323 gateway, 4 analog lines (4 port FXO card), The outside caller will hear 5 rings and the IP phone will only ring once, so the outside caller hears about 10 rings before voicemail will pick but the IP phone rings only 4 ~ 5 times. I have taken off the caller id enable command and changed the ring number to 1 on the voice port but still no change. I would expect maybe 1 to 2 rings but not 5. Debug vpm signal shows the router seeing the call on the first ring.

Could anyone shine some light on this for me?
