Hi all,
i configured a group of users in the same pickup group, by default if any phone in the group rings any other phone in the same group can pick the call.
My question is: if two calls rings in the same time in the same pickup group, is there any facility to enable a third user in the same pickup group to selectivily pick the desired call? not the one rings first?

Give users the ability to assign multiple extensions to a Hunt Group. Within that Hunt group allmembers will be polled sequentially or using a round robin que that rings each extension a certain amount of rings before going to the next memeber. If no members of the Hunt Group are available or answer give the ability to fwd the caller to a general voice mailbox not belonging to any of the Hunt group members.

unfortunately the behavior of the pickup group is FIFO, as the calls arrive when you try to get them they will be served as they arrived into the system and there is no parameter to change the behavior
