URL Redirection using eou on Catalyat 3750 and 3560

I would like to redirect web traffic to/from a particular L2 switch port to a dedicated URL. I can successfully implement this on a 3750 switch with IOS version 12.2(44)SE. However, when I apply the same configuration to our 3560 (with IOS 12.2(25)SE2 and 12.2(44)SE, this cannot be done successfully. I have made a traffic capture and found that 3750 intercept the WEB request from the end user and then pretend the WEB server to reply a WEB move/redirect message to the client and hence user can be rediretecd to another URL. However, for 3560 it simply send a TCP reset to the client. Any recommendation for this problem?

This problem has been fixed when I enable the ip http server on the switch. If "ip http server" global configuration is not enabled, the switch will send out http reset to the clinet only during the URL redirection process. Once ip http server is enabled, URL redirection will be sent out to the client instead.
