!
voice-port 2/0/11
supervisory disconnect dualtone mid-call
supervisory custom-cptone TT
supervisory dualtone-detect-params 1
timeouts call-disconnect 3
timeouts wait-release 3

This actually sounds OK - the duration of the disconnect tone is around 1.9 seconds per cycle, and since you have set the timeouts call-disconnect and wait-release on the voice port to 3 seconds, this equates to 5 seconds.
Changing these timers any lower than this often causes unreliable call disconnecting and given that the DSP needs at least one tone cycle to pick up the disconnect tones, so you might have to accept this 5 second disconnect delay.

i also put in this command under the voice-port, maybe it may help
timing sup-disconnect (i put 100ms)
