Hi,
i am wondering if i can use a call handler to record a welcome prompt.
if yes how can i do it and how can i choose the codec, mono, khz, etc..
and finally where can i find the file that i record it.

the files should be at x:\commserver\stream files

what you using? unity, CUC, CUE?

yes it is unity and the link helped a lot.
my question is where this file sits and what codec and other info is there i can change due to requirement.
