Hello,

Do you have a sample configuration for VIC2-2BRI-NT/TE? This device is connected to a Cisco 2851 ISR and used for incoming and outgoing calls.

Thank you,

Ricky

Hi, it depends on various things, which country are you in, do the lines have did? That just to begin with.

Thanks. I already configured it and it's now working perfectly.

I spoke to soon. :) I have problems when i unplug the BRI circuits, the link is not turning up.

This is for our Osaka, Japan Office.

Below is my current config:

interface BRI0/0/1

no ip address

isdn switch-type ntt

no isdn spoofing

trunk-group BRI-trunks

Thank you.

Hi, ISDN BRI by nature doesn't go down when unplugged. How many circuits do you have in trunkgroup ? There is a suggested config to work around that, but if you have one circuit only, isn't needed.

Thanks for your reply. I have 4 BRI circuits connected to these devices. All of them are member of the trunk group BRI-trunks.

What else am i missing?
